Returns & Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange or issue store credit within 7 days of the order ship date. Merchandise must be unworn and with original tags. Please note that all discount items, sale items or items bought using a discount code, seasonal items and hats are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.

Items bought with store credit are final sale. Returns shipping price will be deducted from your store credit amount. The shipping fee is not refundable.

This is at the discretion of the Company and buyer remains liable for any carriage costs incurred, except for the return of faulty or damaged goods.

There are certain conditions where no refunds are granted:
  • Any item that its not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that has not been requested for refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Any item that is returned 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check first your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or method of payment as it may take some time (5 to 10 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
